UR-C: Noise occurs on MacBook Pro

Problem

Noise occurs when using a UR-C audio interface (UR22C, UR44C, UR816C) with a MacBook Pro (2016, 15inch) running macOS 10.12.

Background

This is a known macOS 10.12 issue that can occur with any USB 3.0 audio interface requiring a SuperSpeed (USB 3.1 Gen 1) connection.

Workaround

Use macOS 10.13 or later.
