UR44C: device doesn't play or record sound

Problem

UR44C suddenly becomes unable to either play or record any sound.

Background

Under certain circumstances, the audio data communication of UR44C devices with the firmware version 1.00 can be interrupted.

Solution

Update the firmware to V1.01 or later.
