Forgotten MySteinberg password
If you have forgotten the password for your MySteinberg account, please initialize it here.
Other MySteinberg sign-in problems
In case you can't access your MySteinberg account for a different reason, please email us by clicking on the button 'Email inquiry' below.
Please include in your request as many details as possible that clearly allow for identifying your MySteinberg account.
- registered email address, which, for example, you cannot use anymore
- possible usernames (applies to old MySteinberg accounts only)
- full name
- address and country
- date of birth / Please use this format: year-month-day (e. g. 1999-12-31)
- registered licenses, especially USB-eLicenser and Soft-eLicenser numbers or used activation codes
- serial numbers of registered hardware
If possible, please attach a screenshot showing your licenses in the opened eLicenser Control Center.
Please note that without having sufficient information, we cannot provide you with new credentials to a MySteinberg account to which you have no access.

Access your Steinberg online shop account
Steinberg's online shop is run by FastSpring, an authorized reseller of software, digital products, and services.
Use FastSpring's Account Management to access your orders, or update a payment method.
Access Account Management:
- Open your receipt email.
- Click Manage Your Orders.
- Enter your email address and click Continue.
- Check your email for a new message.
- Click the link to manage your orders.
