The eLicenser service was discontinued on May 20, 2025. As a result, the eLicenser Control Center will no longer be automatically installed or updated on your computer. This is beneficial when, for instance, setting up a new system without the need for eLicenser support.
If you still have the eLicenser Control Center installed but no longer use any applications or content requiring an eLicenser-based license, you can uninstall it now. The Steinberg Download Assistant 1.38.x (or newer) won't install it again on its next launch.
