After consultation with the support team, a remote session is possible in which a connection to your computer is established using the "Steinberg Remote Support" program. This is a variant of the "TeamViewer QuickSupport" software created for Steinberg.
Please note that we only offer this service in special cases.
An unannounced remote session is generally not possible.
Please download the software in good time before your appointment with Steinberg Support. It can be started without installation. Just a short setup is required before use.
