Problem

HA Mode cannot be enabled on an UR816C.

Solution

To enable or disable the HA Mode on the UR816C, please follow these steps:

How to enable HA Mode

• Press the switches DIM and MUTE simultaneously.
• Keep the switches pressed while turning on power.
• All indicator LEDs are now on.
• Release the switches only after all LEDs have gone off again.
• Turn off power after a while to make sure that the setting will be stored.

 How to disable HA Mode

• Press the switches DIM and MUTE simultaneously.
• Keep the switches pressed while turning on power.
• The POWER indicator LED is now on.
• Release the switches only a few seconds after the POWER indicator LED has gone off for an instant.
• Turn off power after a while to make sure that the setting will be stored.
