Since Cubase 4 and Nuendo 4 the metronome click can be enabled separately for each output bus and played back simultaneously on multiple outputs.
The settings are made under Devices > VST Connections > Outputs. Simply click in the 'Click' column in order to enable/disable the metronome on the corresponding output.
