Ordering discounted software (educational versions) in our Education Shop requires a special authorization.

This article describes the entire process from requesting the required authorization to ordering step by step:

1. The Education Shop lists all products that students, teachers, lecturers and educational institutions can order at special conditions. 
2. Add the desired educational product to your shopping cart and click on "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT".
3. Log in to your online store account or register.
4. Click on "INITIATE VERIFICATION REQUEST" to start the verification process.
   Pupils/Students
   Some educational institutions allow you to start verification online through a user account. If your university/school does not offer this service and cannot be selected or there is a technical problem, please upload the proof of eligibility (scan or photo). Please ensure that...
   
   • the proof of eligibility is legible.
   • if applicable, the proof clearly shows that you are currently enrolled as a full-time student.
   • the enrollment document includes the date of issue and, if applicable, the expiration date.
   Teachers/lecturers/educational institutions.
   Please complete, sign and upload this form (PDF). Quantity discounts for schools and institutions are available upon request by providing a quantity.
5. Verification may take up to three days.
   Therefore, please make sure to submit your request in time, especially for sales promotions! 
   Once your request has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
   Please check your spam folder if you do not receive a reply.
6. Open the confirmation email and click on the contained link, which will take you directly back to the Education Shop. Now you can add the desired software to the shopping cart and complete the purchase with the payment.
   
   Please note that the authorization to purchase in our Education Shop is limited in time.
   As soon as the validity expires, you have to resubmit the verification request.
