Other sign-in problems
In case you can't access your MySteinberg account for a different reason, please send us an email by clicking on the button 'Email inquiry' below.
Please include in your request as many details as possible that clearly allow for identifying your MySteinberg account.
- registered email address, which, for example, you cannot use anymore
- possible usernames (applies to old MySteinberg accounts only)
- full name
- address and country
- date of birth
- registered licenses, especially USB-eLicenser and Soft-eLicenser numbers or used activation codes
If possible, please attach a screenshot showing your licenses in the opened eLicenser Control Center.
Please note that without having sufficient information, we cannot provide you with new credentials to a MySteinberg account to which you have no access.
