Problem

While using the eLicenser Control Center to transfer or upgrade licenses, the error message "USBDeviceOS_Finish expected but received" pops up.

Cause

This error message is related to the USB-eLicenser in use not being initialized properly during production. In rare cases, this error message can also be triggered by a defective USB-eLicenser.

Solution

The only solution is a USB-eLicenser replacement. Please contact your local support on how to proceed.
