eLicenser Control errors with Soft-eLicenser based products

Problem

Using one of these Soft-eLicenser based products can cause an error upon start:

Backbone
Padshop 2
SpectraLayers Elements 6
SpectraLayers Pro 6

Cause

An error in the license database of the eLC/eLicenser Control Center installation 6.11.10.2268 and 6.11.10.2269 causes this issue.

Solution

Update to the latest available eLicenser Control Center version.
