Problem

After using the "Get HD Files" function in VST Connect 4, corresponding audio files are silent and related events in the Project Window of Cubase or Nuendo do not show any waveform. 

Background

This issue is currently under examination and seems to be related to the "Audio Pre-Record" setting in Cubase/Nuendo. 

Workaround

The problem will be fixed in one of the next maintenance updates of VST Connect 4.
Until then, please disable "Audio Pre-Record" in Cubase/Nuendo while using VST Connect 4:  

• Open Cubase's or Nuendo's "Preferences" (Windows: Edit menu, macOS: Cubase menu).
• Go to Record ▸ Audio.
• Set "Audio Pre-Record Seconds" to 0.0000 (zero).
