You have successfully downloaded a license by entering an activation code. However, the licensed program cannot be started. In the eLicenser Control Center, the license is being displayed with an incorrect name or is missing completely.
This problem may occur when the installation of the eLicenser Control Centers is outdated. More precisely, if a product is newer than the already installed version of the eLicenser Control Center, the license cannot be recognized properly and will be displayed with an incorrect name or even might be missing completely.
Please simply install the latest version of the eLicenser Control Center.
After the installation has been completed, open the eLicenser Control Center and apply the 'Maintenance & Online Synchronisation' by clicking on "Perform Maintenance Tasks" (or click on the 'Maintenance' button if not shown).
