The customer portal MySteinberg and the Steinberg Online Shop use independent profiles and therefore require separate credentials.
Steinberg Online Shop
Here you can buy new products, updates, upgrades, and view previous purchases. The online shop is managed by our partner companies Asknet and living-c.
This is the customer portal where you can manage your software licenses and register hardware. Via MySteinberg, you can also get technical support for your Steinberg products.
We are working on simplifying access by combining both accounts.
